Generate possible objections with AI

The AI in HyperScript allows you to generate not only a complete sales script, texts for individual script steps, client responses, but also anticipate possible client objections.

To use this feature, open the script, go to the “Designer”, select the relevant script step, and click the "Create with AI" button in the "Answers" section of the right menu.

 

In the pop-up window, select the desired language (17 languages available) and set the “Generate objections”. 

 

Next,  fill in the fields for  "What does the company do?" and "What product are we discussing with the client?". If you’ve previously generated the entire script using AI, this information will be automatically populated. Then, click the "Generate with AI" button to proceed.

 

 

After a few seconds, a list of potential client objections will appear on the right side of the form. Review the generated text to assess its quality, as your feedback helps improve the AI’s performance.

If the text doesn’t meet your needs, you can regenerate it by clicking the "Generate with AI" button to produce a new version.

Once satisfied, select the necessary options and click the green "Use variant" button.

 

 

The selected objections will be added in the “Answer” section of the script step.

To address these client objections, you can manually write responses or use AI assistance to help generate them.
