Providing Access

The user can access the scripts in the role of "Operator" or "Administrator". The operator can only use the functions available in the View Operator menu. The administrator has all the capabilities to manage the script and has access to all sections of the script menu.

To grant access to the user, the script administrator must go to the Access tab

Directly below the script menu are located: the input field "enter the email of the user you want to add", the drop-down list for selecting roles and the Add button. In the input field "enter the email of the user you want to add" enter the user's e-mail. In the drop-down list, select the role of the new user - "Administrator" or "Operator". To finish adding a user, click Add.

Please note that to start working with the script, you do not need to wait for the message to come to the mail. If the user is not registered in the system, then you need to go to HyperScript and register under the address for which you were granted access. If the user is already registered in HyperScript, then he simply logs in to his account for which access was granted.

In order to switch the user role, click the left mouse button on the desired role, located under the "Selection of roles" drop-down list (the current role is highlighted in dark blue and ticked).

Attention! If you change your role from "Admin" to "Operator", then you will not be able to return to the "Administrator" role yourself, for which you will have to ask the authorized administrator of the user (or the user support service) to restore you access.

To remove a user's access to the script, click the cross pastedGraphic.png, located on the right side of the screen under the Add button
