Fast transitions

Often, customers have standard questions that they can ask at any time during a conversation (for example, "How much does your service cost?"). It is important for the operator to be able to go to such questions at any time during the conversation, no matter what step of the script they are at. To do this, use the "Quick transitions" function (which can also be called "Favorites").

To add a "Quick transition" go to the Design tab

Click on the step of the script. In the edit area of the step on the right side of the screen, click on the five-pointed asteriskIn the upper right corner of the step edit area

After that, the Text area for the quick jump appears, where you want to enter the name of the fast transition. This header will be available in the "Quick transitions" menu when viewed by the operator.

In the script image of the script script in the designer, to which the fast transition was added, an asterisk will appearin the lower right corner

When the script is passed by the operator on the right side of the screen, you can go to the Quick Links tab

To select the "Quick link" you need, click the button with its title located in the Quick links area

To delete the "Quick transition" in the editing area of the step located on the right side of the screen, click on the five-pointed asteriskIn the upper right corner of the step edit area

To rename the "Quick jump", first you need to delete, and then re-create the "Quick transition" in the manner described above. HyperScript retains the name, so you do not need to reprint it if you want to change just one letter.
