Fast Transitions in Pipedrive

The HyperScript integration with Pipedrive offers a Fast Transitions feature, allowing operators to swiftly access answers to standard customer’s questions (e.g., 'How much does your service cost?') or handle potential client objections, no matter which step of the script they are on.

To use this feature, click the Fast Transitions icon in the top right corner of the script.

 

 

Next, select the relevant step of the script. For instance, if addressing client objections, navigate to the Objection Closure step.
