How to create automated tasks in Kommo

HyperScript offers the most comprehensive integration with Kommo CRM, allowing task automation within the CRM system during client interactions. Free yourself from routine tasks – spend less time managing CRM and focus on client communication. Managers can forget about creating tasks in CRM manually – HyperScript takes care of it automatically as script steps unfold.

  1. To start using automated tasks in your Kommo you first need to connect your Kommo and HyperScript accounts, for details, please, see How to connect HyperScript with Kommo article.

    Go to your HyperScript account, open script and select the script step after which a task should be created, for example, “send presentation to the client”, and click Automation

 

 

  1. Enter information into Due date and Task summary, for example, set the task “Send presentation to the client”, and click Add. Don’t forget to click Publish script to save all changes. Now you are all set, just go to Kommo CRM, open your script and follow the steps. All tasks will be set automatically in your Kommo. 

 

 

  1. You can see all your tasks in the Calendar. Don’t worry, Kommo will remind you about it.
